Their Requirements
- To trace and locate assets efficiently.
- To manage all assets in a centralized system.
- To conduct asset inventory with minimal effort and reduced manpower.
- To perform reconciliation quickly, with less time and effort.
Solution & Approach
- Track N Tracing (TNT), an EPC Asset Management module, was implemented for asset reconciliation and tracing.
- Asset barcodes were printed on durable, non-tear able RFID labels compatible with the TNT software.
- Stage-wise progress was captured using scanner devices and a mobile application.
- Execution milestones were dynamically defined and recorded, along with GPS location, date, time, reader reference, location, and contractor details during the progress.
Progress and Achievements:
- 100% asset tagging completed at the TOYO Mumbai office.
