Toyo Engineering Private Limited is one of our esteemed clients. Toyo has been in the business since 1963 and is a well established industry. In 1976 it collaborated with Japan and started an Engineering center. From there on it has grown stupendously with a Global Leading Engineering Partner vision. Toyo Engineering is the Engineering Consultant for Vacuum Gas Oil Hydro Treater Unit (VGO HDT) P-25 Expansion Project owned by Indian Oil Corporation. Indian Oil Corporation is a diversified integrated energy major with the streams of oil gas, petrochemical and alternative energy sources. EPCPROMAN has provided their EPCPROMAN solution to Toyo Engineering, to manage and track this project.

Requirements

The project required precise and efficient management of extensive piping work, involving numerous isometric drawings and innumerable inch-dia scope, with a Total Isometric Scope of 9369 (15000 sheets), Total Inch Dia Scope of 331868, Shop Inch Dia of 212821, and Field Inch Dia of 119047.

Track N Tracing (TNT)

End to end construction management and control solutions namely EPCPROMAN software is being used. TNT (Track-N-Tracing) Solution is being effectively used for tracking spools during Fabrication & Erection stages. TNT is a mobile app that uses the Barcodes scanning technology on mobile devices. Project Materials are being efficiently managed & tracked from being received in Warehouse till allocation, & Issuance. Consumption in Construction & Reconciliation along with material substitution is also being proficiently managed and tracked. Progress Tracking feature of EPCPROMAN for Spools using 3D graphics with Colour codes for fabrication on different stages is also being used.
