EPCPROMAN has provided their EPCPROMAN with TNT (Barcodes & RFID) solution to Tata Projects, to manage and track this project.

The project required precise and efficient management of extensive piping work, involving numerous isometric drawings and innumerable inch-dia scope, with a Total Isometric Scope of 11953 and a Total Inch Dia Scope of 377917. Progress Achievements included SPOOLING Completed at 100%, JOBCARD Issued at 99%, Fabrication Status at 90%, and Erection Status at 80%. The project required comprehensive management of numerous components and stages within the piping system, including piping spooling, material management, inventory management, job card issuance, detailed joint-wise progress tracking, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and welder performance monitoring, line history clearances, and test pack clearances up to box-up.
